Hello friends!

Last night I attended a fundraiser for First Aid Arts, an organization dedicated to healing through the arts. It moved me in so many ways. Over the past few years I've been more convinced than ever that mental health is such an integral part of our well being and I've taken the opportunity to talk about it whenever I can. First Aid Arts seeks to help people recovering from trauma by utilizing music, dance, and art to bring about healing. I know I personally feel so lucky for the effect the arts have had on my own life and utilizing them in this way is just incredibly powerful.
